Some of the products we sell are homemade, using natural ingredients in order to provide for the best look.
We do not agree nor participate in animal testing. All products provided by BeaTheExplorer are cruelty free; and we are constantly improving our products and packaging to protect the environment and sustain the Earth.
At BeaTheExplorer it is our aim to provide customers with the best products we can. All products have been tested for long wear and their ability to fulfil their purpose to achieve customers satisfaction.

We operate through a strict NO REFUND AND RETURN POLICY.
Please allow 24 hours for all orders to be processed. We will email you on any updates we have on your order; any delays in shipping will be mentioned through email.
Packages booked through 1st Class shipping will be shipped with a tracking number; which will be provided in your confirmation email. Allow 1 - 3 days for orders in the UK and 5 - 7 days for orders in IRL. Packages booked through 2nd Class shipping will be shipped without tracking. Allow 5 - 7 days for orders in the UK and 7 -15 days for order in IRL.
During this COVID -19 Pandemic, please allow an additional 3 days for packages to arrive. Packages lost in the mail will not be refunded and we do not accept exchanges under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons and Health and Safety Regulations. Customers are advised to purchased under their own discretion.
